1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and requesting a scrap car evaluation or free junk car removal, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Vehicle Ownership and Authority

When you offer to sell any car scrap to us, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the legal owner of the vehicle or have the express legal authority from the owner to sell it.

• The vehicle is free from any undisclosed liens, mortgages, or legal disputes.

• You will provide a valid Emirates ID and the vehicle’s Mulkiya (Registration Card) or an RTA Scrap Certificate.

3. Scrap Car Evaluation and Quotes

• All quotes provided via our website or WhatsApp (+971 58 300 2832) are based on the information and photos provided by the user.

• Sell Any Car Scrap UAE reserves the right to adjust the final cash offer if the physical condition of the vehicle differs significantly from the description provided.

• Quotes are valid for 48 hours due to the fluctuating market price of scrap metal in the Sharjah car scrap market.

4. Removal and Towing Services

• We provide free junk car removal in Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, and Ajman.

• The user must ensure the vehicle is accessible for our recovery trucks.

• Sell Any Car Scrap UAE is not responsible for any damage to the surrounding property during the extraction of a vehicle if the vehicle is in a restricted or difficult-to-access location.

5. RTA Paperwork and Liability

• It is the seller’s responsibility to ensure the vehicle is cleared of all RTA fines and Salik charges prior to the final sale, unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Once the instant cash payment is made and the vehicle is loaded, the seller agrees to cooperate in the finalization of the RTA car scrap certificate.

• From the moment of pickup, the seller is released from liability regarding the vehicle’s future use as scrap or parts.

6. Payment Terms

• We provide instant cash on the spot upon successful inspection and pickup.

• All transactions are final once the seller accepts the cash and hands over the vehicle documents.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Sharjah. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
